Returns & Exchange Policy
Each Cuin piece is individually handcrafted with the highest attention to detail. We do not offer refunds, but we gladly offer exchanges under certain conditions.
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are available:
- If the wrong size was ordered
- If there is a genuine manufacturing defect
Please note:
- Custom-made or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange.
- Items once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
- Several items may be marked Final Sale due to the artisanal nature of production.
Exchange Process
- Email hello@madebycuin.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Mention your Order Number and attach a clear photo of the item.
- Our team will guide you through the return instructions via email.
Return shipping is to be borne by the customer. We will cover shipping of the exchanged item back to you.
Conditions for Exchange
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Tags, invoice, and all original documentation must be included
- Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted
Cuin reserves the right to inspect and approve the returned product before processing any exchange.
